B2B strategies for SMEs

When we talk about B2B strategies for SMEs , we almost always do so on a very small scale. We tend to think that the consumer market (B2C) is much broader and, therefore, there are many more possibilities for doing business. The reality is different. If, for example, you sell a women's perfume, you might think that your audience could be all the women in the world and, therefore, the sales potential is enormous. For this example, we can consider an SME that manufactures specific perfume aromas that could sell them to about a hundred companies operating in the country with the intention of not falling into enormous logistics costs.

This reasoning is wrong for two reasons: a company is a customer with a paraguay consumer email list huge purchasing potential (compared to a perfume per consumer, we are talking about tons of liters of fragrance per sale). At the same time, managing only a few customers is easier from a communication point of view than doing so with billions. To this we must add that each customer - whether a company or end consumer - is different and must be convinced in a personalized way, as well as the level of competition. Therefore, delving into B2B strategies for SMEs and forgetting that business to business has no future for them is the first big step to take.
