Step 1: Click on the Windows icon on the desktop and in the search bar type “control” to find the control panel, enter it and then select Mail (Microsoft Outlook).

Step 2: An email configuration window will appear, you can click on show profiles and on this screen all the emails configured in your Outlook will appear.

Step 3: Double click on the email you want to use, a configuration window will open, you can select the data files option.

Step 4: On this screen you can select and click add and select your backup file and click ok.
