Today I will tell you about one of my favorite and recommended books – “Delivering Happiness” by Tony Hsieh. If you are interested in how a boy who dreamed of creating a worm farm became the head of the largest online store in the USA with an annual turnover of one billion dollars, be sure to read the full version of the book.

But first, let's talk about what it was that hooked me personally. And why I recommend that every employee in our company read it.

Why Delivering Happiness Is a Must Read for Everyone
Because this is one of those books that touches a nerve. Everyone. Leaves no one indifferent.

It is written in a very simple, easy language. And it is not written by a theorist or info-businessman who is trying to sell us another "masterpiece" about successful success. But by a real entrepreneur who has fallen and made mistakes a hundred times. And in the end, he earned his billion.

Tony Hsieh has compiled in new zealand email list this book all of his incredible ups and downs as CEO of Zappos, the largest online shoe and clothing store in the United States.

During his 20 years at the helm of the company, Tony created a unique corporate culture that became the store's calling card. During his tenure, Zappos gained worldwide recognition for its outstanding customer service and innovative approach to business.

In his book Delivering Happiness, Tony Hsieh details the history of Zappos and the ideas that underpinned his success in creating and growing the business.

From a modest online store, Zappos has grown into one of the largest retailers of shoes and accessories in the United States. And the history of the company and its development methods have become an object of study and inspiration for many entrepreneurs and businessmen.

Who definitely needs to read the book
To all businessmen, entrepreneurs and heads of large companies.

To all owners of online stores.

For those who want to build a successful brand and make a loud statement about themselves to the world.

For those who see corporate culture as something incomprehensible, unnecessary and detached from reality. Tony Hsieh in his book very clearly explains how and why these concepts are inextricably linked.
