And it inspired me to think about this: How many marketing activities are sort of unpolished at the final stage, so that it can seem like the marketing department in your company, maybe you personally, are doing, doing a lot of very good things in theory, or even 90% of the activities, but they're missing those last few elements that would actually result in more sales, more business inquiries, and so on.
