As Martin Splitt from Google announced, the Page Experience Update will be introduced gradually from mid-June, with the full rollout expected in August. It will initially be available for mobile, and only later will it also apply to desktop search results. Website operators therefore have a little more time to optimize their desktop pages for user experience metrics. It is also important to know that Google evaluates mobile pages separately from desktop pages. If a website only meets Google's Page Experience requirements on mobile devices, but not on desktop, it will still receive a ranking boost in the mobile search results.

Many website operators and SEO experts will be pleased about this news: When Google rolls out the above-mentioned page speed update from mid-June, the preference for AMP as the standard for mobile rcs data uk websites will also end. For years, Google has wanted to push through AMP, the Accelerated Mobile Pages. Although AMP was never a ranking factor, only AMP content was verified with a lightning bolt icon and only AMP content made it into the upper results carousel on the search results pages. In this way, Google preferred AMP content and indirectly forced developers to use the technology if they wanted to be well ranked. Now Google has announced that these privileges will be abolished from June. AMP will continue to exist, but only as one technology among many others.

On May 24, Instagram made several updates to Insights. This allows users to better understand how their content is being received by the community. For Reels, you can now view new metrics such as plays, accounts reached, likes, comments, saves and shares. For Live, there are numbers for accounts reached, peak concurrent viewers, comments and shares. These metrics will also be visible in Account Insights so that you can understand how Reels and Live affect an account's performance. In addition, new detailed information about reach is available. This is intended to provide transparency about which types of accounts are reached and which content formats are most effective at increasing reach. In the coming months, new preset time periods will also be rolled out in Insights so that not only the last 7 and 30 days can be displayed. Insights will also soon be supported on the desktop.
