Keep in mind that WordPress isn't the easiest option for building a website. Other versions allow for drag-and-drop features and a 'what-you-see-is-what-you-get' editor. However, we're primarily focusing on WordPress today.

For ease of use, we'll say that Wordpress.com is the costa mobile database winner, primarily due to limitations.

Customization and Design
Is it easy to change the look and feel of your site? Are there any pre-made theme options?

We'll focus on WordPress.com first. You get about 100 free themes right out of the box, and you can purchase premium themes, of which there are 200. However, you can't purchase all of the themes unless you choose a paid plan.

This means you don’t have many options when you’re on the free plan. The good thing though is that you have a variety of great themes to choose from and they are responsive (people on smaller screens also get a good view of the theme). You can also make general changes, but you need a paid plan to customize the CSS code.

With WordPress.org, there are no limits. You have access to potentially thousands of themes and can edit their source code whenever you want. There are also plugins available so you can create a unique theme using drag-and-drop tools.

You can also find premium and free templates from various other websites, including Elegant Themes and Themeforest.

The clear winner here is WordPress.org with its design flexibility. Sure, it may take a little more work to customize it the way you want, but it's worth it in the end.

Add-ons and features.
