How to improve employee experience in your company?
There are many aspects to consider that influence an employee's experience within the company. That's why, at WAM, we try to focus on people and get to know them well in order to offer them what they are looking for.

Just as our colleagues carefully analyse our clients’ targets to develop 360º Marketing strategies and create satisfying brand experiences, we do the same work on the human resources side. We say that our “client” is the WAM team and fostering commitment makes our client our best ambassador out there.

How do we get to know each person in the organization well? Very simple: by listening. Periodically, we organize small work groups so that each person can express their ideas, concerns or ambitions. It is a way of reaching everyone and opening a new, more direct channel of communication. In the same way, we work hand in hand with the managers so that from their place within the teams they promote communication and let us know any needs they may detect.

All the feedback we receive is taken into account and analysed so that we can take action to improve the employee experience from start to finish.
