9 Steps to create a good strategy for your webinar

Post by tongfkymm44 »

Once the platform has been chosen, we will begin to design the strategy to ensure that your webinar is a complete success.

These are the steps you must follow to achieve this, don't lose us along the way:

Set a clear and measurable goal.
What do you hope to achieve with this action? Increase sales? Increase apparel company email list your community? By what percentage or number? The more specific you are on this point, the better.

Make a list of tasks and set deadlines and those responsible for each one.
Once you have defined your workflow , you can move on to the next step.

Design the content of the webinar.
Structure the content through different sections: presentation, points to discuss, etc.

Create a registration page.
This page will be the gateway to the seminar and should include all the information you want to collect from your target audience. Don't forget to also write a thank you page for everyone who registers.

Write a confirmation email sequence.
You can use these emails to warm up the client or simply use them as a reminder of the event.

Promote the event.
The easiest way is to invest a little in advertising, but you can also promote your webinar through interviews or through your social media posts.

Prepare the live broadcast in advance.
If you want to avoid the famous 'live stuff', it's best to do several tests with the platform and the content you've prepared before the date arrives. This way you'll be able to see what things you need to change so that everything flows better.

Review your arguments.
Whether it's an educational webinar or a direct sales pitch, you need to work hard on the arguments that will bring you closer to your goals. Are they convincing? If you're not sure, you can test it with someone you trust (but for God's sake, not your brother-in-law).

It creates scarcity.
Set a deadline to access the offer you promote in the webinar and send a last-minute notice to all registrants.

How do you see it? We have given you the tools, the strategies and even the steps to follow. All that is missing is the content.
