The deferment of payment can be resumed if the client pays off all existing debts, and this procedure is approved by the financial department and the economic security service of the company. For approval, it is necessary to provide an extensive package of documents.
Counterparties – legal entities should collect for the company:
extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
a certificate stating that there are no tax arrears;
copies of constituent documents;
copies of the certificate physician database of state registration of a legal entity with the tax authority and the certificate of registration of a Russian organization with the tax authority at its location;
copies of documents that certify the authority of the person signing the agreement on behalf of the client;
a copy of the identity document of the person authorized to sign (signing) the agreement;
copies of the main forms of financial statements for the last reporting year submitted by the client to the tax service.
Individual counterparties need to put together the following package for the company:
copy of passport;
a copy of the certificate of registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur;
a copy of the notification of registration of an individual with the Russian tax authorities;
a copy of the letter from the servicing bank, which mentions the current account and its relevance;
a copy or extract from the book of records of income and expenses of an entrepreneur for the reporting year (period).
