There are different services and programs for automating business operations. Their types are distinguished according to the purpose of the algorithms:

WMS (Warehouse Management System). A system that allows you to organize warehouse operations. It allows you to track and adjust the path of any unit of goods from delivery to shipment to the customer. The algorithm keeps track of the time, methods, scale of purchase, sale, storage, movement of products, records their availability, and performs all warehouse operations.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management). A type of program that performs direct routine work with existing/potential customers. They are capable of compiling customer student database databases, summarizing and analyzing data on orders and requests, interacting with customers via messages and calls. They can automatically create documents, statistical summaries, and send them to pre-set addresses. Algorithms are flexibly configured, so you can set your own actions for each stage of the funnel.

Automation systems

ECM (Enterprise Content Management). This is a group of systems created to implement digital document flow automation. Such programs are indispensable in the life of any office. Without them, employees would only have an inconvenient alternative - paper documents. With ECM, all actions with reports, estimates, lists, orders, contracts can be carried out quickly, simply, with a minimal risk of errors. All manipulations (from drafting texts to approval and signing) are performed online, without personal meetings of employees.

TMS (Transportation Management System). Quite complex, multifunctional systems for optimizing the logistics processes of companies. With their help, it is possible to easily control all stages of transportation - record the quantity, names of goods, routes and travel time, type of transport, location of batches at a specific moment. Also, the introduction of automation of logistics processes helps to effectively plan actions: create the most profitable routes, select vehicles.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). A special complex business automation system designed for the largest companies. It has a complex structure, is divided into modules, combining many tools at once - CRM, HRM, ECM, WMS. The cost of this system is significantly higher than simpler analogues. However, for customers interested in it, the developers have offered a solution - the ability to selectively connect modules. Now most businessmen buy only individual parts of ERP that they really need.
