Such a manager is in demand during the period when there is already a description of the target audience, and the market segment has been defined. His tasks include solving a puzzle, the meaning of which is to improve what is available, get ahead of competitors and accelerate self-development.
Compared to a visionary who sees opportunities, an analyst realizes them.
Administrator
An operating business requires a good marketing manager. His key goal is to form a team of professional and strong performers. The administrator will set tasks for them, control their implementation, monitor the motivation of his team, and also not interfere with the work of professionals.
This type of marketing manager is needed when the organization has clearly defined goals and has already determined what resources are needed to achieve them.
