How summing up helps to increase sales
In this post, I would like to sum up the results of 2013, and also give advice on how to use such information to promote your product. I have also prepared a small surprise.
For some reason, many companies do not sum up the results of the past year. At best, they do this among partners and colleagues. However, it is important to do this among clients as well. In my case, I sum up such a result in the blog, as well as in the newsletter. This is important to do for three reasons:
1) Firstly, in this way you show the human face of your business and if you do not become a big family with your clients, then at least you get closer, and this increases loyalty.
2) Secondly, considering that few of your competitors do this, you show your uniqueness. This helps to remember you.
3) And thirdly, you have the opportunity to once again advertise your product to those who already use it or are thinking of using it again.
Achievements of 2013
1. I would like to thank 99 acres data package everyone who was there this year, who downloaded our courses, came to my trainings, read the blog and newsletter, recommended me and invited me to their events. Thank you for everything. The more you are interested in marketing, the more we want to reveal this topic and share with you, explore and create new products.
2. Thank you to everyone who came to my open trainings. Also thank you to everyone who signed up for the webinars . Your participation and interest are very inspiring. I hope the trainings were useful to you and I look forward to seeing you at the webinars .
3. Since June 2013, an informal club of marketers in Bishkek has begun to gather . Since then, 7 meetings have taken place, i.e. almost one meeting per month. The club is a place where marketers and those who are interested in marketing can discuss various professional issues. In addition to meetings, the club also has a group on FB , where discussions, voting and other activities also take place. All club meetings are open and free. The number of members of the club group on FB is already almost 450 and almost 100% signed up themselves.
4. I have fulfilled the plan to launch at least 3 new courses in 2013. Unfortunately, only 3, but additional materials have been added to these courses: a workbook that allows you to organize training on the course, a text version of the course for those who also like to read, as well as tests to consolidate the knowledge gained. In the new year, the plan is at least ambitious - 12 new courses . I have also made a course map so that the whole picture is clear, where we are going and what we want to achieve.
5. This year I finally launched a newsletter on the site. I tried to make it unique and useful. You can judge how successful I was. I also made a newsletter archive .
6. I also promised to make the blog more focused on promotion issues. I try to share some advice in each post. In order to compare old and new posts, I made a blog archive .
7. According to our calculations, our service " Promotion Efforts Assessment " helped clients save about $2,000,000 in advertising money this year. But unfortunately, a decision was made to suspend its provision. The fact is that at this stage it was determined that the need for education is greater than for consulting.
8. In 2013, the ideological development of the foundations on which the company's consultations, trainings and courses are built did not stand still. The fact is that we are trying not only to convey structured information based on what already exists in the world of marketing and through the prism of our experts' experience, but also to develop our own concepts. One of the most striking is quantum marketing . The concept first appeared in 2012 and was significantly improved during 2013. In particular, product development levels were removed from the analysis - it turned out that they do not have a direct impact on promotion methods, and the 6th rule of quantum marketing was derived, which is not in the original understanding, as well as in the work that initially inspired the concept (for more details, listen to the course " Quantum Marketing "). Also, in the course of work on forming an approach to promotion under the conditional name of "smart marketing", another approach was identified, which will be the main study of the company in 2014. It is conditionally called "outstanding PR".
