5.- Problem statement and solution format

Post by Dimaeiya333 »

A digital writer uses techniques to make his content attractive and motivate reading. One of them is to start by posing a problem, either in the title or the first paragraphs, to then offer a solution and continue the rest of the text following this problem-solution line.

It is important to have a digestible format, that is, one that is composed of small sentences and paragraphs, subtitles and images to motivate reading.

6.- Include questions that can only be answered with a YES
Imagine you are running a campaign to attract customers who have abandoned a shopping cart. This is a very common situation and usually occurs because the prospect is not yet ready to buy or the process seems complicated to them. If you send an email asking “Are you ready to continue with your purchase?” the word “no” will most likely cross their mind. On the other hand, if you put it in a way that the most logical answer is “yes”, you will have a better chance of them returning to complete the process. For example:

“Do you want to save money on your purchase?” Everyone wants to save money, that’s a fact.
“Do you want to complete your purchase in one step?” Simplicity is offered.

7.- Adequate length
The message of an email should be direct, with simple language and according to the cambodia mobile phone number list type of audience it is addressed to. For this reason, it is recommended that they be brief, however, if the subject merits a little extension, it is fine, as long as each of the words that compose it is worthwhile. If a 5-paragraph email could say the same thing in 2 paragraphs, then say it in 2.

8.- Offer value
All of the above points can be summed up as providing value to the reader of the message. This is the best way to build trust. How can you create valuable content?

Analyzing your potential customers to identify their needs, desires and fears.
Have a well-defined objective for each message you send, making sure that in each one you offer something useful to the user.
Always write with your client in mind.

Email marketing is a powerful tool as long as the recipient is interested in the message and takes action. Fortunately, there are effective writing techniques to achieve these goals.
