THE KEYS TO GET STARTED

Post by Bappy12 »

Entrepreneurship can be an option that anyone can adopt, but only those who are best prepared and aware can deal with the ups and downs that arise when creating and consolidating a business.

Now that you have finished your training, you will be thinking about what to do with your future. One of the first concerns that usually appears is the idea of starting your own business , but the doubts and uncertainties that arise along the way often destroy the spirit of new entrepreneurs who do not know if they are ready to run a company.

When it comes to starting a business, you end up realizing, like many other entrepreneurs who have also found themselves in your situation, that the doubts about how or where to start creating your business are overwhelming, the excess of information in this area and not having ideas or guidelines on how to properly run your business can ruin our idea even before starting.

To help you get off to a solid start in your business adventure, we recommend the book “ list of canada cell phone numbers The Art of the Start” by Guy Kawasaki . Guy Kawasaki is one of the world’s leading business strategists and after more than twenty years of experience in large companies such as Apple, he decided to create this guide, full of management techniques, advice and fun professional anecdotes from the author, for entrepreneurs who value their time and don’t want to get lost in details or theories that don’t lead them to the results they are looking for.

The aim of this book is to help readers understand in a simple and understandable way the fundamental aspects that every entrepreneur must take into account when creating his or her business. The text is divided into five parts that cover everything from the beginning of the project to the impact it can have on our society. These factors are:

COINCIDENCE: The author establishes that we must create an idea that guides our company. We should not limit ourselves to planning, we have to move forward and define what our business model will be from the beginning. To advance on the path of entrepreneurship, it is necessary to create realistic goals and objectives based on our business.

ARTICULATION: the next factor that we must take into account is our positioning and the business plan that we are going to develop for our business.
The positioning must make us understand what position we occupy in relation to the competition, how our clients perceive us and how we want to be perceived. With the business plan we can analyse the business opportunity, its economic and financial viability and the procedures and strategies that we must carry out to turn our idea into a tangible business project.

ACTIVATION : Once we have analysed our project and established the path we are going to follow, we must begin to undertake it, even if it is “with what we have in place”. Guy Kawasaki recommends in his book that we ensure favourable conditions for growing our business and getting potential clients even before we start.

PROLIFERATION: In this step we must find the best allies to complement our activity, work on our brand to gain visibility and create positive relationships. Kawasaki establishes that we must be aware of all changes and avoid remaining static, in order to generate new markets and clients, which can lead us to become leaders in our sector.

COMMITMENT: In the last chapter, the author tells us that the main aspiration of our business should be to help people, to contribute to improving our society. He believes that those businesses that are committed to the society in which they operate will have a greater specific weight and a better image in the eyes of users.
MY OPINION ON THE ART OF STARTING
On the positive side, the concepts and ideas that Kawasaki introduces in his book are very easy to understand compared to other great works on entrepreneurship, although it is perfectly compatible with other theories and models on the adventure of starting a business from scratch.

As a criticism, perhaps the content is too focused on the American entrepreneurship model, which, unfortunately, is quite different from that of Latin American countries and Spain. Our vision is quite different, as are the resources available to entrepreneurs.

The Art of Starting is a highly recommended book for all those who are considering starting a business, and also for those with more experience in this field who want to review the foundations and get a renewed vision of their businesses.

This book offers entrepreneurs answers to the fundamental doubts that may arise when creating their own business. We invite you to immerse yourself in this guide and evaluate the situation of your idea or company in the essential aspects that the author invites us to consider before launching into entrepreneurship. All this, together with a positive attitude and a generous dose of effort and work, will make you a good entrepreneur with good knowledge to activate and position your business. Shall we start?
