How can understanding the purchasing journey help me improve the sales funnel?
By knowing the stages of the customer's purchasing journey well, sales planning becomes a process with a much clearer objective and less prone to errors, ensuring that customers contact your company again.

And not only so that they buy from your company again, but so that they trust it and see it as a reference that deserves to be promoted to their network of contacts.

By delivering well-structured content and bringing together marketing and car owner data departments to build a relationship between the company and the lead. If you answer the questions presented during the consumer's journey, the same customer will probably come back to you to seek solutions.
