Sales Funnel
The sales funnel is a methodology developed to align the journey that the customer goes through, shown previously, with the interest in closing a deal with your company.
The funnel exists through the combination of triggers and business owner data qualification. Remember when we talked about the importance of being a reference for the potential client? That will be important here too.
As you can see, the concepts of sales funnel and customer purchase journey are intrinsically linked. The contents of the sales funnel can be divided into Top, Middle and Bottom of the Funnel – according to the level of customer interest. See a little more about these definitions below:
Top of sales funnel
This is the first stage of the funnel, and it is here where users feel the need for something , or have a problem that needs to be solved that had not previously crossed their minds. This is where the potential customer will become aware of the situation they are in through contact with your company.
