What's new in NetHunt CRM: May 2022 Results

Post by mostakimvip06 »

Without further ado, let's say that in May, our entire team worked hard to improve the existing NetHunt CRM functionality and create new ones, so we have something to brag about.

NetHunt CRM integration with Binotel
Perhaps one of the most anticipated additions to the NetHunt CRM integration family is the Binotel integration. You probably already received an email with a detailed description of this integration when we announced its launch, but let's refresh your memory.

Thanks to the integration of NetHunt CRM with Binotel, you will be able to:

See customer information upon incoming call
Create a new contact in NetHunt CRM from an incoming call in a few clicks
View call history and conversation records in the client card in NetHunt CRM
Call customers directly from their card in the system
View client information from NetHunt CRM in Binotel account
Read more about the integration, its capabilities, and instructions for use in our Knowledge Base post or in our previous article .

2. New actions in automation: Make API call and Generate PDF file

The “Make API Call” action allows you to easily integrate NetHunt CRM with any service. For example, you can send data from NetHunt CRM to a Telegram channel or group chat, to your accounting system, or to any other third-party applications and programs that support API integration.
Learn more about Make API Call, its usage azerbaijan phone number list options, and how to configure it in our Knowledge Base article . And in this article, you can learn how to make an API call for a Telegram channel .

The “Generate PDF File (Beta)” action allows you to create any documents, such as contracts and invoices, when needed. You can create a PDF template and configure NetHunt CRM to automatically fill in PDF files with all the necessary contact and/or deal information (e.g. deal size, company name, date, etc.).

Regarding other system updates… In May we:

Added filtering by macros in the "User" field to automation filters , which allows you to compare whether two automation records have the same manager.
Improved support for Rich Text format in comments , allowing you to insert formatted text. The formatting will be preserved without disrupting the overall page layout.
Added search to all controls where the user can select a folder (e.g. when creating a trigger, email campaign, moving a record to another folder, etc.). This feature will be especially useful if you have a lot of folders in your workspace.
We've expanded the "required for stage" functionality. It's no longer limited to the deal stage, and can now be set in any folder and in any dropdown field.
Added a new macro , Link to Record, which allows you to provide a link to a record in automation (works great for notifications).
Released integration with Make (formerly Integromat) . If you want to use NetHunt CRM with third-party applications that do not yet have integration with NetHunt CRM, you can do so using Make .
Added a “Recent” section to related posts to quickly find recently updated posts.
Added a new information field in Tasks that shows who created a specific task.
