Proactive tools in the world of Dell Technologies

My name is Silvia de la Cagiga and I am a SAM (Service Account Manager) at Dell Technologies. I have been in this world of technology for almost 16 years helping our clients with support and services, and if there is one thing I have learned in all this time, it is that the evolution from a purely reactive support to a proactive support undoubtedly makes a difference.

Well, it's very simple, using these proactive tools has all these benefits:
Facilitate the management of daily operations efficiently
