Manufacturing technology
Once the gazebo project is complete, we prepare the tools:

Fundamental works
Any foundation will do for a single-pitched gazebo with a flat roof:

columnar;
slab;
ribbon.

First, we select a suitable place on the site. It should be level and open, ideally on a hill to protect the base from moisture. Then, the territory is marked out.

The simplest and most economical option for a gazebo made of wood and metal is a columnar foundation. To build it, we install support columns in the corners of the future gazebo, maintaining a distance of 2 m. Then we fill the bottom with a mixture of sand and crushed stone. We cut the metal pipes into equal parts so that after investor data they are visible above the surface by about 20 cm. We fix the supports in the holes and align them. We insert a piece of reinforcement inside each pipe so that the length of the column is 11 cm longer. Then concrete mortar is poured into the pipes, and the space between the walls is filled with stones or earth.

Instead of pipes, you can use strong logs, pre-treated with an antiseptic.

Sometimes, instead of pillars, bricks or blocks are used; for this, a mixture of sand and crushed stone is placed on the bottom of the pit, and a piece of reinforcement is placed in the center.

Base
When the foundation is poured, it is given a few days to dry. During the pouring process, support pillars are placed at the corners of the gazebo, fastening them with upper and lower timber strapping.

During the construction process, the following sequence must be followed:

The beams are cut to the size of the building and sanded with a plane.
Cover concrete pillars with roofing felt. Wrap the top of each support with two layers of waterproofing material.
