Now that we’ve isolated traffic from search engines only using the Google Analytics segment, we can look at the performance of our content and figure out what’s providing the most favorable metrics. There are several reports you can use, but I prefer the “Landing Pages” report. This shows you the page where a visitor begins their session. If I want to measure blog writers, I want to know whose writing is generating the most traffic for me. The Landing Pages report will help me do that.
To get to the Landing Pages report in colombia number data Analytics, select this sequence of subheadings on the left sidebar:
Behavior > Site Content > Landing Pages
This report will show you, for any given period, which pages are getting the most visits. I recommend going deeper and sorting your content by the “Pages per Session” and “Session Duration” columns. Identify the articles that are generating the highest average page depth and the longest average session duration. Google will see these behaviors and indicate that you are providing value to your visitors. This is good for SEO.
Step 6: Review your writers' conversion rate.
Remember those goals we created? In the far right columns of the Landing Pages report, you'll see the value delivered by each page on your site. This is where you can help answer the question, "Which article titles or authors are consistently delivering the most business value?"
