These things are all kinds of hard to manipulate, whereas you can add more links, you can get more reviews. But these things, they're a huge signal for Google to trust it.
Engagement with your listing, engagement with your website, and real people in your business. If you’ve ever looked at the Knowledge Panel for a brick-and-mortar business, it’s like busy times. So that’s a great indicator for them to use to understand the importance of your business. Is it a busy business compared to all the other businesses in town?
Then, of course, the trend of making more and more money. Google is a publicly traded company. They want to make more and more money. They're on a constant growth path. So there are some things that we see coming down the pipeline.
Local service ads are spreading across the country and globally and across different industries. So it's like a paid program. You have to apply to get in, and then Google takes a cut of the leads. So if you're a member, Google will send you leads. But you have to verify that you're there, and you have to pay to be there.
Google will monetize everything.
