Open a Word document in OneDrive by double-clicking

Once the document is open, click the Share button on the right. You can now select the person you want to share the file with by clicking the Share option and entering the person's name or email address.


Additionally, you can use the Copy Link feature and share the copied link with the person you want to work with on the document.


When using the Share option, you can choose how much control collaborators have over the document. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the dialog box that appears when you click the Share option.


Now you can control how you share a document with armenia mobile database collaborators. You can allow anyone to access the document without logging in, allow people who already have access to collaborate, or select specific people as collaborators.


In the Advanced settings section, you can choose whether people you share the document with can edit it or only view it. For effective collaboration, set it to Can Edit before clicking Apply.


If you have a Microsoft 365 premium subscription, you can also set an expiration date and password to protect the shared document.


Once you've finished changing these settings to your preferences, enter the name or email address of the person you want to invite as a co-author of the document. Then type a message for them in the field provided before clicking the Send button.
