How else can you lay out a garden border?

Step 3: Place some mortar at one end of the trench and place the first brick on it at a 45° angle. Let the mortar set for a while. Then place some mortar on the bottom half of the brick and press the second brick firmly into place so that its top edge is exactly in the middle of the long side of the first brick. This will not only hold them together, but will also fill the void underneath, creating a 45° support.

Without concrete, such a structure will quickly collapse under the influence of water or voids in the soil. To make the work easier, you can mark the middle of the long side of each brick, then laying according to the marks will be more accurate, and the fence will look even and neat.

Step 4. Wait until the concrete dries and only then fill the bolivia mobile database with soil so that only a ribbed, solid curb is visible on the surface. Level the soil and you're done!

Option 1. You can also make a fence around a flower bed or path made of brick or paving stones in the usual way, installing them in a trench with short or long sides. In this case, it is advisable to secure with concrete not only the bottom of the bricks, but also the side parts that come into contact with the soil.

An option that looks great is when two rows of bricks or paving slabs are laid out - one along the edge, the other flat next to it. Such a barrier does not allow grass to grow close to the fence, which is very convenient when using a lawn mower. Then the edge of the lawn does not require additional mowing at the curbs.

This scheme is demonstrated in the photo below.

After a new building, there are usually a large number of new bricks left over, which can be used to create complex structures for curbs.

Option 2. You can use bricks to create a flowerbed of any shape or even raise the flowerbed itself above the general surface level. This is convenient if you are creating a flowerbed in a paved yard.
