The distance from a residential building to the border

Post by zihadhosenjm40 »

SNiP 30-02-97. Regulates the location of construction sites relative to the "red line". The "red line" is a line that marks the boundary between the site and common areas. So, according to this standard, a residential building is located 5 m from the street and 3 m from the driveway and the boundaries between sites (the street, unlike the driveway, has a specific name). An outbuilding is located 5 m from both the street and the driveway. This standard also regulates the percentage of paving of the site, the permissible percentage that a residential building can occupy from the site (no more than 30%), and other standards.
SNiP 2.04.02-87 and SNiP 2.04.01-85 regulate the design and location of water supply and sanitation systems.
SNiP 2.07.01-89 establishes standards for the distance between pipelines and cables in adjacent areas.
TSN-40-301-97. It regulates sanitary and protective standards.
