The parquet glue is completely removed from them and they are re-mounted using fresh mortar. This is advisable to do only if a large number of large cracks or swelling have formed on the parquet.
The second method. It happens that the quality of the installation has not deteriorated over the years, but the parquet itself has become dull and covered with a network of small cracks. Then a restoration method is used. First, the old varnish is removed with a flat grinding machine, and then the wood is treated with sanding. If there are deep cracks, they are filled with compound. Subsequently, the entire floor is sanded again and varnished.
