We marketers have a big problem. We use words that mean nothing and we don't even realize it.
I have a task for you. Type the following phrase into Google: "In order to meet the expectations of our customers, we offer high-quality services at an attractive price."
Quite a lot of results, right?
This is how "About the company" pages often start (by the way, it can be done much better: How to write a text about the company? )
The problem is that they don't communicate anything this way.
What does "high quality services" mean? What does "attractive price" mean? Have you uae rcs data ever wondered about this ?
Day after day, we use hackneyed phrases, borrowed phrases, in marketing. Because everyone else writes that way. For example, your competition.
But that won’t make you stand out in the market, and it certainly won’t let the customer understand what you do. You know what you meant (the Curse of Knowledge ), but your site visitor won’t figure it out on their own.
But let's get back to "high quality services" and "attractive prices". What do they actually mean? They mean something different to everyone. They can be interpreted differently. That's why they don't work.
From today on, repeat to yourself the following sentence: Tango instead of dancing, poplar instead of a tree.
