Disable or update sign-up forms
For partial migration, edit your sign-up forms to stop collecting data for the service you are pausing. If pausing both, set the forms to draft or delete them, keeping in mind that deleting will delete all associated data.

Export your contacts
To export your lists and segments:

Go to Audience > Lists & Segments.
Click the list or segment.
Select Manage List > Export List to CSV.
Types of contacts to export:

Lista de e-mail: Consolidate all your email contacts.
Email suppression list: Navigate to Audience > Profiles, then Suppressed Profiles and export the list.
Other segments: Export segments, such as employee or VIP lists.
Port or release your SMS number
Porting your number:

Contact your new SMS provider to initiate your porting request.
Contact Klaviyo support for any necessary information.
Releasing your number:

Go to Settings > SMS.
Click on the three-dot menu.
Select Release Number.
