Categories of professional journals
Category "A" Category A professional journals are considered the most prestigious. They are indexed in leading international databases such as Scopus and Web of Science, which are among the most authoritative in the world. Publication in such journals confirms the high level of research, but the selection process is very turkey phone numbers strict and the requirements are high.
Category "B" Category "B" journals occupy an intermediate position. They are included in specialized international databases and meet all the requirements defined by the current Procedure. This category covers the largest number of professional publications.
Category "B" Category "B" includes journals that were included in the list at the time of approval of the Procedure. It also includes publications excluded from categories "A" or "B" for two years. If during this time the journal does not receive category "A" or "B", it is excluded from category "B" and ceases to be considered professional.
