Does the concept of engagement sound familiar to you? It's the word that all marketing professionals use when talking about campaigns and strategies implemented on different platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.


But what exactly is engagement? How is it measured? How can it be improved? How can you bring greater engagement to your business?

What is engagement?

Understanding : We must empathize with the target audience, we must know them to understand their needs, demonstrate that the company is there and can meet those needs.
Exclusivity : By exclusivity, Anderson was not referring to the creation of luxury products, but rather to the personalization of the offering of any product or service.
