The next step is to build a business structure that can sustain and implement all the new functionality .

Define the roles of each position so that there is no duplication of work or double checking.
Using work management tools, a CRM gives you a very broad view of how and where we are.
And the good thing about the digital age is that EVERYTHING is measurable .
