I learned a lot during that time, but what struck me the most
was Oda-san's "desire to care for people."

Oda's strong concern for others is a natural part of his personality, but
even after entering society ,
he has learned the importance of empathizing with others' feelings and valuing connections with people in many situations.
He didn't just learn this, he embodied it honestly, which created trust,
connected deeply with others, and became the foundation of iRidge today.

And from there, iRidge's current Mission and Values ​​were born, and I
was able to further deepen my understanding and thoughts about the Mission and Values.

I think that not only I, but many of the moj database participants learned something from this event.
(In fact, at the social gathering afterwards, there was a lot of excitement talking about Oda Juku!)
And I felt that it was a heartwarming event that was typical of iRidge, where we could feel close to Oda-san.






And the participants listened intently and with enjoyment.


After taking in a lot of information, it was time for a delicious and fun social gathering.
Most of the participants attended the social gathering, which was very lively!

Not only iRidge members, but also members of group companies and contractors participated,
making it a truly One Team Oda Seminar and Social Gathering.

We got so excited that we forgot to take photos during the social gathering, but
we'll make up for this mistake with a photo of Oda-san's favorite potato salad...
(Everyone was excited at the luxurious potato salad topped with salmon roe and crab!)



The time flew by, but we learned a lot, ate a lot of delicious food, and
feel like we've grown a lot.
We're already looking forward to the second event!
